Today\'s affirmation is \'I AM CREATIVE\' I love this affirmation because it is a reminder that we were born to create. Creating is one of the purest forms of expression and expression is proof of our existence! Create something today...it could be food, words, drawings, pictures, videos. It can be anything...just really focus on expressing yourself and releasing that amazing energy you were born with.  The Key phrase for this Workout is: CREATIVE C - 30s Plank R - 60s Air Punches E - 25 Jumping Squats A - 40 Jumping Jacks T - 20 Military Planks I - 15 Burpees V - 15 Burpees E - 25 Jumping Squats  You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
